What we look for
- Line experience in finance, procurement, HR, operations, IT or data, ideally inside a large or PE-backed enterprise.
- Comfort with data: you can read a process log, a P&L and a model output with equal ease.
- The instinct to measure. If you cannot say how you would know the work succeeded, it is not finished.
- Integrity under pressure. We put our fee at risk on outcomes; we hire people who are comfortable with that.
